These terms and conditions govern the use of our website, the purchase of textile art products, and the booking of tufting classes with an instructor. By accessing our website and/or making a purchase or booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or book a class.
• We make every effort to display the colors and details of our textile art products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately represent the colors.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
•  We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes at our discretion, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants in advance. 
• To book a tufting class, you must complete the booking process through our website.
•  Booking confirmations will be sent via email upon successful registration and payment. 
•  Cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled class date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
• If you need to reschedule your class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
•  All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Philly Tuft or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website without prior written permission from us.
•  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the products and services offered on our website. 
•  We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website, products, or services.
